A Word from the Boss...
Having grown up around the Micocoulier Restaurant with my father in the kitchen and my mother, queen of desserts, waiting tables, I can only be happy and proud to continue this family adventure. It is my pleasure to share my love of food with you by offering you a cuisine made with local, fresh and seasonal produce - true French-style cooking revisited by Paul, the Chef. I am deeply committed to working with the products of our region and with the actors of the local economy: meat growers, farmers, winemakers, bakers and retailers who value quality and taste, just as I do.
